Golda's House Animal Rescue

GOLDA'S HOUSE RESALE BOUTIQUE

67802 E. Palm Canyon Cathedral City, Ca. | Open Tue-Sat, 11am to 6pm

The founders of Golda's House Animal Rescue, Laurie Deane and Patricia Stella Walkley share a common, heartfelt wish: That all animals can be given a chance to live happy lives free from injury, abuse and neglect. Both Laurie and Patricia know that rescue is only the first step. "We treat, spay, neuter and rehabilitate. Every animal is given loving attention, treatment and care. We truly believe that caring for animals is a divine calling." It's this passion that drives Golda's House Animal Rescue's mission: "To feed, spay, neuter, house, rehabilitate and give hope and love to the innocent creatures which have been left in the cruel wake of the human misconception of dominion."

Every life is of great consequence. Every effort to save one is Divine.

Founded in 1997, Golda's House Animal Rescue recently relocated from Riverside to Palm Springs, Ca. It was a costly, time-consuming endeavor but Laurie believes that it was a positive step. "People in Palm Springs and throughout the Coachella Valley have a sterling reputation for animal care," Laurie says. "We felt an immediate connection, both to our new space and to the community." It's community support -- via donations, purchases at Golda's House Resale Boutique and volunteerism -- that enable these two dedicated ladies and their team of caregivers to continue to help innocent, abandoned and neglected animals of every species.

We invite you to join us in our calling to foster the care of animals that, without your support, simply won't have a chance at life. We're calling all Golda's Angels to help us in our mission! Stop by the store from 11:00am until 6:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday. This beautiful space is filled with many delightful treasures: Modern furniture, home furnishings, collectibles, memmorabilia, fine art and of course pet items! Every sale is tax-deductible and your generous financial gifts help us raise much-needed funds to keep our animals happy, safe and well-cared for.
